ETHIOPICO

Sidamo is a truly gourmet coffee and there are two reasons for this.
As well as being a pure coffee – obtained from a single variety of coffee plant and not a blend – it comes from the coffee-growing area which has given us all the Arabica varieties: Ethiopia (the Sidamo region). Ethiopia is the birthplace of coffee and it is here that Sidamo, a superior quality of Arabica, is grown on small plots of wooded land. It is renowned for its fruity, citrusy notes and its sensational unmistakable aroma.

Remember these golden rules: contrary to common belief, coffee should not be drunk boiling hot, it should be served in glass cups where possible and – if you really cannot do without it – with just a little sugar.
